"Peace On Earth!" It sounds so good. We all want it. Is this what the world is finally moving toward, and will it ever be fully attainable? What type of "peace" did the angels declare to the shepherds that dark and starry night? The kind that only Jesus the Messiah can bring.

We began our Advent journey with a sobering assessment of the world's desperate need for a Savior. We have seen how God is moved with a compassionate desire to rescue us, and patiently addresses our skepticism. This week, the kindness of God is once again on display, particularly in how He deals with our honest questions. We'll also consider the beauty of simple and submissive faith.
