“Light Overcomes Darkness”

We have an enemy who seeks to keep us in darkness, but we also have God's promise that "His light shines in the darkness, and the darkness cannot overcome it" (John 1:5). When the light of Jesus reaches us, shining forth in our minds and hearts, the only logical response is to fall down and worship Him. "We have seen His star, and have come to worship Him!" (Matthew 2:2).

Scriptures:
Isaiah 60:1-9
Psalm 72

Matthew 2:1-12
