Sermon "Climate Change….?"

Many people today are sounding the alarm on climate change, stating that it is a global threat and a public health emergency. It is thought by some to also be a social justice issue because the poor, the elderly, and the sick are most vulnerable. Others deny the reality of global warming, or minimize its impact on human life. In a world where 'experts' routinely villify and contradict one another, what is a Christian to believe? This Sunday, we will outline a basic biblical framework for thoughtfully engaging with the climate change issue.

Scriptures: 1 Kings 17:1-7; Psalm 29; Mark 4:35-41
