This Sunday, as we consider "the Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector," we are confronted with an uncomfortable truth. You and I can be decent, moral people, and still miss salvation. Once again, Jesus points us deeper than merely surface appearance. He is inviting us to search our hearts, and turn to Him.
