A season within the season of Epiphany, Gesimatide begins this Sunday. Gesimatide helps us to prepare for the season of Lent by returning us to three basics of the Christian Faith: Grace Alone, Faith Alone, and Scripture Alone. These foundational 'solas' rightly position us to observe a holy Lenten season. This Sunday, we'll reflect on the Parable of the Workers in the Vineyard, and God's lavish grace toward us and the world.
